Deep Repair Intensive
For couples navigating rupture, ongoing conflict, or complex dynamics. A 3 to 5 day immersion designed to rebuild and repair.
For relationships that require structural repair.
Level 02 is built for couples whose dynamics have eroded over time, where trust has been broken, or where weekly therapy has not produced the depth required. The 3 to 5 day window allows the work to move beyond stabilization into genuine repair.
Why deeper immersions produce structural change.
Sustained attention
Outcome studies on intensive couples formats show that engagements of three or more days produce measurable shifts in attachment patterns and conflict cycles, results comparable to six months of weekly therapy.
EFT and Gottman foundations
Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Method protocols rely on accessing primary emotion and de escalating reactive cycles. Both require uninterrupted time to work effectively.
Trauma informed pacing
When ruptures involve betrayal or cumulative harm, social work and trauma research support paced exposure and integration rather than weekly fragmentation. Containment is protective.
Curated for repair.
Comprehensive assessment
Two intake sessions per partner. Detailed history, dynamics map, and customized treatment design.
Stabilize
Establish safety. Begin to lower defensive cycles before deeper work begins.
Excavate
Surface what has been avoided. Move past surface level reactions into the underlying patterns.
Repair
Structured repair work. Address specific ruptures with the time required to actually move through them.
Rebuild
Build the new relational structure. Define agreements, boundaries, and the architecture going forward.
3 integration sessions
Three follow up sessions across 90 days to reinforce the work and adjust the strategy.
Psychedelic assisted therapy may be incorporated where clinically indicated.
