Cancellation and refund terms for Power Hour and intensive engagements.
SYNERGY Therapeutic Solutions delivers private, bespoke therapeutic engagements that require significant clinical and logistical preparation in advance of every booking. This Refund Policy describes the terms under which payments may be refunded, partially refunded, or held as non refundable. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
The structural reality of immersive work: when you book, the time is held exclusively for you. Clinical staff are scheduled. Locations are reserved. Pre intensive preparation begins immediately. These commitments cannot be reallocated on short notice.
Power Hour Consultations
48 Hour Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time: Full refund issued. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time: The full booking fee of $200 is non refundable. The reserved hour cannot be reallocated on short notice.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time are accommodated where availability allows, at no additional cost. Rescheduling within 48 hours is treated as a cancellation.
No show: If you do not attend a scheduled Power Hour without prior cancellation, the full booking fee is forfeited.
Intensive Engagements (Levels 01, 02, and 03)
Once Dates and Location Are Confirmed
Intensive engagements are non refundable once dates are confirmed and the location is booked. This includes the deposit and any subsequent payments toward the engagement fee.
At the moment dates are confirmed and the engagement agreement is signed, SYNERGY immediately commits the following resources on your behalf: clinical staff time exclusively reserved for the contracted days, the private location secured and held, pre intensive preparation initiated, and supporting infrastructure scheduled.
These commitments cannot be reallocated within typical cancellation windows. The fee structure of intensive work reflects the reality that booking secures resources that are then unavailable to other clients.
Partial Refunds
SYNERGY may consider partial refunds for intensive engagements case by case, at our sole discretion, in extraordinary circumstances. Such circumstances may include:
- Documented medical emergency affecting one or both partners that prevents participation
- Death or serious illness of an immediate family member
- Other documented emergency situations beyond the client's reasonable control
If you believe your circumstances may qualify for partial refund consideration, you must:
- Notify SYNERGY in writing at hello@synergytherapeuticsolutions.com as soon as possible
- Provide supporting documentation as requested (such as medical records, death certificates, or other relevant documentation)
- Allow up to 14 business days for review
Where a partial refund is approved, the amount will reflect the resources already committed and is determined at SYNERGY's sole discretion. In most cases, partial refunds will not exceed 50% of the total engagement fee, and will reflect deductions for clinical preparation already completed, location and staff costs already incurred, and other commitments already in place.
Rescheduling Intensive Engagements
Rescheduling an intensive engagement once dates have been confirmed is rarely possible due to the booking complexities involved. When rescheduling can be accommodated, the following conditions apply:
- Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing as soon as possible
- Rescheduling is subject to clinical availability and venue availability
- A rescheduling fee of up to 25% of the engagement fee may apply to cover staffing and venue costs already committed
- If rescheduling cannot be accommodated, the original cancellation policy applies and the engagement fee is non refundable
SYNERGY Initiated Cancellation
In rare circumstances, SYNERGY may need to cancel or reschedule an engagement due to clinical, logistical, or force majeure circumstances beyond our control. In such cases:
- You will be notified as soon as possible
- We will work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time at no additional cost
- If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid
- SYNERGY is not liable for any incidental costs you may have incurred (such as travel arrangements made independently of the engagement)
Force Majeure
Neither party will be held responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, government actions, or other unforeseeable circumstances. In such events, SYNERGY will work in good faith to reschedule the engagement at no additional cost to the client. If rescheduling is not feasible, refund decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
Disputed Charges
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us directly at hello@synergytherapeuticsolutions.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute through your payment processor or credit card company. We are committed to resolving concerns directly and in good faith. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and may be considered a breach of these terms.
Educational Materials and Digital Products
The freebie guide ("The 5 Signs Your Relationship Needs More Than Weekly Therapy") and the 30 question crisis assessment are provided at no cost. There is nothing to refund for these materials. Removal from email lists is available at any time through the unsubscribe link in any email.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

- Your full name and the name of your partner
- The service for which you are requesting a refund
- The date of booking and scheduled engagement dates
- The reason for your request
- Any relevant supporting documentation
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 to 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 14 business days, depending on your payment processor.
Changes to This Policy
SYNERGY may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Any changes apply to bookings made after the date of revision. Bookings made under a previous version of this policy will be governed by the version in effect at the time of booking.
