Level 03 is the most comprehensive engagement SYNERGY offers. Reserved for couples whose situation is serious, whose privacy demands are absolute, and who require the depth a fully contained 5 to 7 day immersion can provide. Each engagement is a complete bespoke build.

Retreat format efficacy
Multi day intensive retreat formats demonstrate sustained outcome gains at six and twelve month follow up. The extended structure allows for full pattern interruption, repair, and rehearsal of the new relational structure before reentry.
Integrated modality work
Five to seven days creates space to integrate complementary approaches: somatic work, attachment based interventions, family of origin processing, and where indicated, supported altered state therapies into one coherent therapeutic arc.

90 day integration
A full 90 day integration program with structured check ins, adjustments, and reinforcement of the work.

About this offering
For Level 03 applicants where appropriate and legally permissible, supported altered state work, including ketamine assisted therapy, can be integrated into the broader therapeutic structure. The extended timeline allows for proper preparation, supported sessions, and full integration. Never standard, always reviewed individually, always anchored in evidence based practice.
